Kettlebells. Cuddlling. Reading. Red lipstick. Vintage stuff.
I also like to eat.
A lot.
Which is why I’m currently working on losing 12 pounds that I put on over the last 6months.
I’m calling my new goal “Operation 6 Pack”
(Only because I think it sounds cool.)
My real goal is to lose enough weight to be able to do my snatch test with the 12K (26lb) kettlebell at the RKC certification in August because if I don’t I’ll have to test with the 16K. I’m not strong enough to do 100 snatches in 5 minutes with the 16K so I won’t pass. Then I’ll be sad.
BUT
That just doens’t sound nearly as cool as “Operation 6 Pack”.
(Plus I’m a little motivated by vanity but don’t tell anyone.)
This blog is my food journal.
Why?
Because I have this little idea that if people don’t see me eat it then it doesn’t count. This idea has helped me to successfully make my jeans too tight.
It’s genius!

This blog is my reality check.
I also don’t want to annoy all my long time readers and subscribers over at Girl-Heroes with pictures of my meals. Not that there is anything wrong with that but a picture of an apple?
That’s just not what Girl-Heroes is about.
Over at GH, I write about fitness, inspiring women, odd feel good analogies, some food or I just make fun of myself.
But I like to eat.
A lot.
(I already said that.)
So this blog is about my food….just food. Which means you’ll probably see a grainy iphone (b/c it’s just easier) picture or two of an apple and maybe a few almonds.
