Today is one of those days I’d rather just lie about what I had to eat.  I ate very few vegetables.  I went to Wendy’s.  I didn’t make much of my dinner.  I finished the day with popcorn and homemade ice cream.  Oh well!  It was a great day and it’s life.  For more on my food philosophy read Real vs. REALity.

A word on my veggies.  I eat many of the same veggies over and over again because we are members of a CSA so we eat whatever comes in our box for the week.  What comes in our box depends on the season of the years.

Evening Snack
Popcorn (I pop it on the stove in coconut oil.  I LOVE it.)
Homemade Maple Coffe Ice Cream

Brent makes the best ice cream!  Isn’t he adorable!!!  I LOVE him!

I know I just said it but I have to say it again!  I LOVE HIM!!!
