Toasted Ezekiel bread
Perfect Pesto
Scrambled eggs
Tomatoes

Lunch
left over homemade pizza
apple

Snack
Ezekiel Bread
Almond Butter

Dinner
Homemade chicken nuggets
Swiss chard sautéed in coconut oil

Pretty simple day and not nearly enough veggies.  Oh well.
